The same is true for our learning experience: Some people know how to learn and grow themselves, and others need guidance and help.
This session is about helping and promoting our developers’ personal and professional growth as people managers.
During this talk, we’ll share the story of our internal collaboration between the R&D departments, the Learning & Development department, and the professional Guilds. We’ll cover some practical tools and methods you can use everywhere tomorrow morning.
