Most organizations typically reward compliance and fault prevention. Facing the challenge of changing the organization is hard. The leader commonly lives under an unforgiving spotlight and there is not much space for trial and error. Embracing Agility means empowering teams to self organize, encourage creativity and basically "let go" while determining the rules and expected results. In her talk, Michal will provide examples for practices and typical challenges when establishing an organizational change, and patterns and anti patterns for effective leadership.
